So I have just gotten my character to Rivet City and was talking to everyone as well as exploring the place upon entering the 'Barracks' where the guards hangout and sleep I continued up until I reached the armoury which was when I noticed this issue if I continue to go up I will hit a corridor that takes a left and turns to the door that allows me to access the Flight Decks lookout point right at the top of the ship.
